We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock issues, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed and/or shipped.
If you need to cancel your order, please email artsysushiroll@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing it.

6. Shipping

We ship all orders within 5–10 business days. Once shipped, delivery times will depend on the courier and your location.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are only accepted in the case of valid issues such as:

Damaged or defective items
Wrong item received

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with proof (such as photos) sent to artsysushiroll@gmail.com.
We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind.
